I have experience in dementia, autism, Learning Disabilities, Eating Disorders and some physical health problems. I carry out initial assessments for both physical care and mental health involving the patient and their families and agree a care plan. I can provide personal care with dignity and respect. As part of my visits I spend time with the patient just talking and listening to their fears and anxiety and most of all provide the comfort care needed to a high standard. I can communicate effectively with patients. I can help with applying creams, taking medication, personal care, cooking, house chores etc. I love delivering professional care, empowering patients.
