    Excellent

    We met Zahra on the day we found relative on the floor. She was so clam and professional and you could tell straight away that she has such a caring nature. Unfortunately relative was admitted to hospital. She was struggling to eat without encouragement, Zahra agreed to hospital visits and it worked. Food intake went up. Family don't live local to relative, so Zahra's visits and updates were crucial, especially when hospital was not good at communicating. Shame we didn't find Zahra sooner!
