In addition, l have cared for people with Complex care needs, Dementia, Mental health, Learning Disabilities, Alzheimers and other illnesses. I assisted with various clinical procedures including obtaining vital sign observations, monitoring neurological and neovascular observations and all day to day as per individual Care Plan. Ensuring fluids and Nutritional needs are maintained daily. I have a cheerful disposition, a friendly and mature manner. I work very effectively within a team and also when necessary on my own initiative. I am reliable, proactive, enthusiastic, committed, self- motivated, dependable and a hardworking person who enjoys taking responsibilities. I enjoy cooking, exercises, gardening, walking, listen to music, T. V. and Housekeeping.
