I enjoy building a bond with my customers and being there for them when they need me. I supported my grandfather who was diagnosed with Parkinson and Dementia. I took a mainly compassionate role to ensure to make sure that he always had someone to talk to and I would also assist him with personal care, medication and I would accompany him to hospital appointments in a professional capacity. I have worked as a flight attendant where I had to adhere to strict company guidelines as well as safety and security regulations and ensuring the passengers on board were taken care of. I am a proactive individual who is keen to develop my knowledge and gain new skills. I'm comfortable in using my initiative in different situations and I'm always willing to take responsibility.
