I supported my grandfather who was diagnosed w...More I became a Carer because: My mom was a nurse and she always encouraged me to go into the care sector as i had a naturally compassionate personality which suited it. I enjoy building a bond with my customers and being there for them when they need me. I supported my grandfather who was diagnosed with Parkinson and Dementia. I took a mainly compassionate role to ensure to make sure that he always had someone to talk to and I would also assist him with personal care, medication and I would accompany him to hospital appointments in a professional capacity. I have worked as a flight attendant where I had to adhere to strict company guidelines as well as safety and security regulations and ensuring the passengers on board were taken care of. I am a proactive individual who is keen to develop my knowledge and gain new skills. I'm comfortable in using my initiative in different situations and I'm always willing to take responsibility.

    Excellent

    Mirelva is a truly wonderful carer, full of compassion and so patient with my mum. Nothing is too much trouble and she never wastes a second going above and beyond, and making the house always look immaculate and neat and tidy after ending to my mum first. An absolute professional and I can't recommend her highly enough.
