I have experience in peg feeding, hoisting, incontinence, assisting with physiotherapy exercises in the home, driving clients to appointments and meetings or out for coffee and shopping. I comfortably talk to families and other health professionals and help in coordinating a total care package, all with a person centred approach with the priority being the health and well being of the client. I am happy if they are happy. I have my own car and business insurance. I keep up to date with training in the Health and Social Care sector. Mary is kind and caring, making Mom feel happy & contented whilst she looks after her. She follows the care plan closely, and knowing this helps reassure us that Mom is receiving the quality of care she needs. Mary quietly gets on with everything & willingly gives of herself. We are very happy that we've found her, providing us with the needed respite. Mary understands the various issues surrounding Alzheimer's & how to deal with it in a way that puts Mom at ease.

Mary was a great help to me and immediately got on with Freda who warned to Margaret straight away and more importantly was great at getting on with the other carers and this means things run much more smoothly for you when your arranging care. Mary was always displaying honest and frank advice and that caring is a passion not just a means to an end.
