I am happy to take any shift that suits you as I have had some great experiences and looking forward to the next one and can usually work whatever weeks, days or hours that may be required. I am happy working with people. I give a lot of time to people and work with them to get the best for them. Looking after their needs with priorities on health and their well being. I believe that by having a good relationship with the clients and finding out what makes them unique and putting them first enables me to soon gain an understanding of their needs and their health by getting to know them personally while maintaining a professional standard. I have attained training in first aid awareness, Safeguarding adults awareness, Medication in care awareness, Food Safety awareness, Handling violence and Aggression. Driving for Business, and Lone working courses recently. I take every opportunity to learn as much as I can. I also have the “ care certificate with training in complex care. In the past I have done hoist training. Worked with Physiotherapist and occupational therapists and I have experience of following care plans to get clients up and moving. I am very “proactive” and I would be an advocate for my client. I am happy to work any shift and be alert for the client at any time. No job is too big and no job is too small. When delivering live in care I am happy to travel as long as travelling expenses are covered both ways by my client. My breaks can be discussed on an individual basis with my clients.
