I have over 16 years of experience working with individuals with severe learning disabilities, non verbal and visual impairment, in supported residential accommodation and 2 years working with dementia patients, teenagers with severe behavioural disorder in the community. To sum up I have gained my experience working in different health and social care roles and have been trained by some of the leading healthcare operators in the UK. I have the ability to provide excellent management and interpersonal skills, identify problems and recommend solutions in a challenging environment. I can learn quickly and am very passionate about putting clients first, and I can build positive relationships with people at all different levels. I am very caring, respectful and friendly and have been entrusted with additional roles outside my normal workload in previous employment. I have had a full clean UK driving licence since 2004.
