I continually maintain positive attitude while interacting with demanding service user. Serves as the point of contact for both in-house and external phone and website queries. In my present role as a Health Care Assistant, I work closely with different ethnic minorities of all age groups with different attitudes and personalities.
I work with clients on a one to one basis, which allows me to know them better as individuals and how to deal with clients/service users in every different situation whenever appropriate or whenever need arises, hence accepting challenges and risks that the job may entail.
Duties and responsibilities, are to provide personal care, practical, emotional support to service user's both in their own homes, Nursing homes and hospitals.
Maintained a clean environment, including lounge and associate areas for my service users whilst in their own homes.
