I have a good knowledge of regulation standards and a deep interest in the wellbeing of the service user / client individual requirements I am able to assist & provide an exceptional level of care ranging from personal requirements to high standards of daily duties such as medication administration,cooking & transportation / accompanying as and when required. I have worked in end of life care, dementia, autism & stroke environments helping to make clients comfortable at home. I work well with other palliative care team members, such as doctors, and also with supporting family members with respite care.
