I am tidy and organised, I can help with shopping and cooking, and I am experienced in running a household. I look forward to working with you to find out what sort of meals you enjoy. I am a good home cook, wanting to ensure healthy nutrition. I have worked as a Physio aid so can help with exercises & rehab. As well as any support with your personal cares, medication etc, I am experienced in looking after many health conditions. I am used to dealing with a multidisciplinary team. I can liaise with your GP, district nurse, pharmacist, physio etc. to manage & coordinate care. I will also update family members as required. I am very happy at home, so do not mind if a client is housebound. I am Covid vaccinated, and a non smoker. I drive but do not have a car. I would like to do live-in care. Depending on the client’s condition & needs, we would discuss ongoing flexibility with the work rota & time off. I enjoy reading, movies, theatre, word & number puzzles, travel, learning about history & heritage buildings.
