What I enjoy most about being a live-in carer is that I can provide a high quality of care and support for my clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes and enjoy life more fully.
I am a driver and hold a clean, full UK driving licence with no points or convictions.
I can drive both LHD and RHD vehicles, manual or automatic.
I enjoy cooking and can prepare meals for more than one person at a time.
If you are married, or if you would like to meet with friends or family, it would be a pleasure for me to cook for you and your loved ones.
At times, I have travelled abroad with my clients for holidays, to visit family, and once to a wedding.
If you need to go abroad, I also speak Spanish, Catalan, basic Italian, and basic Mandarin Chinese.
I can provide companionship; I am a good listener, punctual, organised, and tidy. I am always keen to follow instructions.
I love animals, and if you have pets, I am more than happy to help in any way I can.
I can work for short or long periods, from a week to up to 3 months at a time, after which I usually take a break for a week or two.
You may find that my rates are slightly higher than those of other carers, but you will notice the quality of care I provide and the level of commitment I bring to everything I do.
