Michelle has a lovely disposition and my parents enjoy her visits and company. She is caring and goes the extra mile to improve the lives of her clients. Recently, a necessary change of shift meant that Michelle would miss my mum's birthday but she very kindly went the extra mile and made a special visit to celebrate the occasion which made a difference to my parents who were otherwise on their own that day. I was grateful and her visits take the weight off my mind.
