It was an impulse sparked by an incident involving an elderly man who got lost early one morning and couldn't find his way home. This old man needed help right then and there. Through my approach, I proved to myself that I can talk to people who need help and support. Who want to be heard. I gained experience working in a care agency and a nursing home. I'll just say that every day spent with them is different and special. Sometimes a cup of tea and a warm conversation is all it takes.
