I believe everyone deserves kindness, dignity and respect- qualities that I always strive to embody when working with my clients. I have been privileged to work with range of clients with different needs. From young people with physical disabilities I have been working with for 15 years to elderly clients with dementia latter on in need of palliative care. My role is always to provide exceptional care that enables each client to live as independently and happy as possible. To achieve this, I work hard to maintain friendly a compassionate approach, listening closely to clients individual needs and preferences and adapting my approach accordingly. I take pride in providing a holistic approach to care, ensuring that each client physical, emotional and social needs are met. Through my career I have been humbled by the trust my clients have placed in me, and I never take this responsibility lightly. I understand the importance of building strong relationships built on mutual trust and respect. I always go above and beyond to ensure my clients are safe, comfortable and happy.
