I have completed a few training courses over the years, but all certificates are held by the company since they funded them. I come from a background of looking after family members with age-related needs. I have cared for vulnerable adults in their own homes, some of whom require PEG feeding and others whose needs necessitate assistance with all daily activities. I am capable and responsible when working alone and deliver person-centred care to a high standard. However, when teamwork is required, I understand the importance of collaboration and can work effectively with others without issue.
