    Excellent

    Farai is a real find. He’s very reliable and punctual. He clearly has a lot of experience and has helped us set up suitable drug administration recording systems etc. He is very professional and is very aware that people have to get used to having someone new coming into their home and has quickly put everyone at their ease. His people skills are very good. He communicates very well and gives plenty of notice of shift timings etc.. Having Farai involved takes a load of me too!
