    Farheen has been looking after my dad and has provided an excellent level of care. Dad trusts her and looks forward to her visits. Farheen is proactive and uses her initiative to ensure Dad’s needs are met. It’s a huge weight off my mind knowing that Dad is well looked after.

    Good

    Farheen is an excellent carer and a great cook. She is reliable, clean and tidy. But the most important thing is her respectful and friendly way of being around my husband, who has dementia. She is patient and gives him encouragment and space when he needs it.

    Fahreen has made a real difference to mums day to day life and to my peace of mind. She has worked hard and used her initiative to carry out the tasks mum needs to stay safe, well & independently in her own home. Fahreen also has taken time to give mum much needed company that has helped to lift her mood.

    Excellent

    Farheen is a brilliant carer. She is calm, empathetic and efficient. She was patient and skilled in her communication with my brother who has dementia. It was obvious from the quietly confident way in which she worked that she has a wealth of experience. She also gave us some very good practical ideas for managing my brother’s care. I would not hesitate to employ her again.
