I have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives while demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to client effective communication is essential by being able to listen actively, convey information clearly, and interact with patients and colleagues in a respectful and empathetic manner is highly valued. The healthcare field is constantly evolving, so being proactive in expanding my knowledge and skills is important. Pursuing continuing education, staying updated on the latest research and advancements, and being open to new ideas and technologies can make me stand out. Healthcare environments can be dynamic and challenging. So being able to adapt to changing circumstances, think critically, and make informed decisions under pressure are qualities that set exceptional healthcare professionals apart. Healthcare is a collaborative field where interdisciplinary teamwork is crucial. Being able to work effectively in a team, communicate with colleagues from different disciplines, and contribute my expertise and respecting others' perspectives is highly valued. I pay attention to Detail and Accuracy as that quiet essential in healthcare, I pay strong attention to detail and am very meticulous in documentation, and following protocols and guidelines. I am looking to work this alongside my current job where I work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week and I have my rota 1 month in advance. I am in the process of establishing my own Curam micro teams so that we can offer continuity of care to our clients. Currently I am in the process of updating my training, so at the moment I am looking for clients that are more mobile and do not require hoisiting.
