One thing that distinguishes me when providing care to someone is that l look at an individual and consider their personal needs, tailoring the care I provide in order to give the best care for them. When providing care, l allow the service users to be as independent as possible; this also allows them to return or maintain their independence. Every day I learn something new in care and have found this challenges me to be innovative especially finding new way of empowering service users with a positive (spirit) and creating a friendly environment for them.
