Mental health is the most important of what we can own. I try to make people happy and bring my positive vibe to their life. One of my life's mission is spreading awareness of joy & love and through yoga I am able to share the light into people's life. I teach yoga as therapy with healing touch. When not teaching yoga or travel, I love being creative in kitchen and making yummy healthy food. I admire natural beauty, animals, wisdom and universe infiniteness ... simple be in the moment of now and go with the life flow ... care assistance work is the one of the puzzles to the greatest picture of this journey we all walk together ...
