I look after them to the best of my ability and I am a team player and person who can adapt to any situation. I am a hard-working person; this is demonstrated by my choice to work in a voluntary capacity within my community, which is largely dominated by people from different cultural and social backgrounds. This shows that l have efficiency and effective working knowledge and general understanding of ethical, social, cultural and global awareness on issues that affects people in their communities. I am also a competent communicator as l can tailor communication to different levels, for example, working with the elderly requires good speaking and listening skills. My transferable knowledge of legality learned from my studies has underpinned my professional development around Data Protection and policies of equality, diversity and inclusion. My self-awareness and reflection direct me in a good direction within the organisation.
