I also have worked as a Reablement Officer still with Manchester Council and have had shifts in Care homes. My background is in Psychology and administration My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and English language. I trained in French language as well as basic Spanish. As a Reablement Officer I trained in various courses in Adult Social Care. Completed courses include Privacy and Dignity for Health and Social Care, Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2, Duty of Care, Basic Life Support , Mental Health Dementia, and LeRning Disability , Palliative Care and End of Life Care, Effective Communication and the Care Act among others. I love helping others especially those in disadvantaged situations, poverty , unhappy situations etc. At present I volunteer once a week at an Old Peoples Charity involving them in different activities to make them happy and exercise getting them out of isolation and having conversations. I am motivated to make positive impact in people's lives.
