During my career I have developed very good communication skills in both writing and verbal.
I am a quick learner and I am willing to to learn new skills, over the years I have acquired a range of training eg NVQ level 2, Emergency first aid training, manual handling, Food and Hygiene, Infection control, PEG feeding, Medication transcriber, fire safety and Lone working.
For the past 12 years I have worked with young adults with Acquired brain injury. Supporting them with rehabilitation in the comfort of their own homes. I also worked with adults with Learning disabilities and autism supporting
them to live as independent as possible, by supporting them with personal care, washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, cooking, cleaning, shopping, medical appointments and supporting them to access the community.
I offer cooking and meal preparation plans to promote healthy eating and a good balanced diet.
I am good at working with multidisciplinary team or different organisations to support the individuals wellbeing.
I am a fast learner and always willing to learn skills.
I enjoy outdoor activities eg going on walks in the community.
