Born in South Africa to a British dad and South African mum. Worked most of my adult life in a charity for people and children affected by HIV. I saw both my parents to their natural end as they passed away peacefully in our old family home. I came to the UK in 2022, when I registered and began working with Christies Care as a live in carer. I have cared for clients with a wide range of needs, from companionship to complex conditions. I can assist with hygiene, toileting, eating, cooking, gardening, cleaning and much more. I have a full clean driving licence and enjoy taking clients out to meet friends. I love nature, being outdoors, walking. If you have any animals that would be a bonus as I am a huge animal lover. I enjoy reading, watching some tv and being creative. It gives me great joy to be able to assist others to live more easily, comfortably and happily in their own homes.
