I have experience working with various health conditions, such as dementia, palliative care, and other complex needs. I can offer support a client with personal care needs, grooming, cooking and other nursing needs. I am able to provide basic care however, my rates may increase depending on the level of nursing skills required for clients. I booked Mercy twice as i needed extra pair of hands to help my mum to look after my both children whilst i was at work. She followed the instructions given on how to care for my child who has complex care issues. Mercy has great communication skills and very friendly. My son felt safe and comfortable around her. Although my mum was there anyway looking after my other child and there was language barrier from mum side, Mercy knew how to communicate and made sure she understoods everything.Thanks
