I am currently working as a team leader in a care home. I am a caring person, very flexible and willing to work in any unit, with any client. More so, I am a good team player when working, and independently take decisions on clients best interests if needs arise. Each job presents its particular challenges, however, I always try my possible best to deliver a high standard of care. I am very aware of the effect of good attendance and punctuality as my job requires. I do engage clients with good activities and I always make their safety my priority whenever I am out with the client or within their home. I am an outgoing person, I love eating out and having fun with friends, I love shopping, singing and enjoy listening to music, preferably Gospel. Now, in summary, I am a very patient person and always enjoy reaching out for those who are in need, or who need support. I love people and enjoy learning from different backgrounds. Just the love of people me makes me a good carer.

    Les came to look after my mum for two weeks while her regular carer took a break. She is an amazing carer - kind, incredibly professional and very considerate of my mum’s needs. I very much hope she will come and look after her again.

    Les was very professional and attentive with mum She updated me regularly with pictures and videos, which was really reassuring Mum looked happy and enjoyed les's company I was able to relax on my respite, knowing that mum was is safe hands and being cared for by this lovely woman I would definitely recommend and without a doubt use her services again Thank you Les

    Lesego is the most amazing carer and a truly wonderful person. I would highly recommend her without hesitation. Les is incredibly caring, kind, positive, hardworking & professional, my whole family feels so lucky that we had Les to care for our parents during an extremely challenging 2 months in the summer of 2022. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Les went above and beyond what could possibly be expected of a carer to look after my parents as if they were her own.
