    Excellent

    Vera was really super during the 4 months she provided support for my mother. She was highly reliable, friendly, caring and polite and a very easy person to have with you at home. She was brilliant with my mother's dogs (who adored her) and at providing gentle company, shopping trips and care during her visits. Vera had to commute for almost an hour each way to take on this role for us, so we completely understood when a job closer to home became available, but will miss her enormously!
