Paul was punctual, polite and professional. The person for whom he was caring reported that Paul was kind, positive and very capable. He worked well with another carer to provide a professional and friendly service for a couple that were initially very hesitant about attending with unknown carers. Paul's caring and reassuring approach ensured that the couple's initial fears were allayed and enabled them to enjoy all the weekend's wellbeing activities.
