As a carer I have been supporting both client and family to allow their loved one to stay at home offering respite and hands on care duties getting to know the needs and what can make a difference to supporting someone is always about gaining trust, being a helping hand, being reliable and most of all compassionate and a good listener, a sense if humour and friendly. I have supported many clients and families to support and care for early mid and later stages in dementia or simply just daily care. As a caregiver and support worker. I thrive on making a difference. I don't mind housekeeping and cooking, personal care, and helping hands-on using dignity common sense, compassion, and respect at all times to promote independence when possible. I have covered care modules relating to person centred learning and the Ageing Process. I have had my covid injections and booster. Excellent references and up to date enhanced DBS certified. Carolanne has been mums one to one support & professional care provider since 2022, until mums recent death in April 2024. Words alone cannot express our gratitude for Carolanne's integral care & support, given not only to mum but to all our family. Adaptable, cheerful & trustworthy from the start, mum felt in such safe hands. Crucially, Carolanne's commitment to meeting mums end of life care needs ensured mum could die in her own home surrounded by her family. What more can one say.

Carolanne is an excellent carer. She is always punctual and willing to help in. Anyway she can. No job is too small or trivial for her to do. She is friendly and cheerful. Whenever she comes. I look forward to her visits to enhance both my physical and mental health.

Carolanne provides excellent daily care & support for me physically & mentally. She is always punctual, professional & very trustworthy & cheerful {a real tonic for me]. Nothing is too much trouble & she works flexibly in meeting all my needs with my family. Carolanne is enabling me to stay & continue living in my own home. carolanne looked after my brother for a few days after a surgery, honestly she was an absolute god send, and having her nipping round put my mind at rest that he was in safe hands. Honest, reliable and obviously loves her job. Highly recommended!!

Carolanne was early just so we could have a quick chat. She is instantly likeable. She is friendly and engaging. My Dad is 93 with vascular dementia and really enjoyed her company. She also did a couple of little chores for me, which I wasn’t expecting. My mind was at rest whilst I was out. Looking forward to working with her again. ?
