Excellent

Rich is an amazing carer and enabler. He has taken me out in my car a few times. My vehicle had a tyre blowout on one journey recently. Rich kept calm. He assisted me with difficult and frustrating emergency calls. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were safe, comfortable, and at ease, and had what we needed. Rich has become a valuable member of my team of carers and has a wonderful, caring, and positive personality. I can not recommend Rich highly enough.
