Fortune has been a God-send caring for my elderly mother who has dementia, COPD and neuralgia. She has formed a very good bond with mum and it is so pleasing to see mum happy again. Beyond that, Fortune puts a 110% in everything she has to do and affords my elderly father (90) to have a respite and informs of all that is done or needs to be considered which to me living 100 miles away really helps. I am more than happy to recommend Fortune. She truly is our ‘Nightingale’
