I am a dedicated and compassionate individual who has an in built desire and interest in people’s wellbeing and mostly the vulnerable, elders and less privileged, given the environment that l came from and as someone who is passionate about caring for people in this regard.  My desire to work in ...More I am a dedicated and compassionate individual who has an in built desire and interest in people’s wellbeing and mostly the vulnerable, elders and less privileged, given the environment that l came from and as someone who is passionate about caring for people in this regard.  My desire to work in the care sector is to fulfil my long dream of helping the vulnerable, helpless and disabled people by providing personal care both physical and social support to those who need them and as a man of empathy, caring, patient and full of compassion, working in the care sector will help me to give my best service to the end users. I have no related qualifications for this role now, but intend starting an SVQ program and have also recently applied in one of the universities here to study nursing as a profession, but l have the relevant experience to work as health assistant, prepared to learn and acquire relevant qualifications that will enable me to succeed in this profession. I have always been fascinated by the human body and the way it works, which led me to be more passionate about making my career in healthcare sector a huge success and my desire to make my career in this sector was further solidified when I started working as a healthcare assistant (par time) at Member Care Foundation-va foundation that looked after wellbeing of elderly missionaries. Assisted my clients in maintaining nutrition, supporting community outreached programs. Helping with personal care such as  showering, dressing, eating and also monitoring clients’ health and welfare, and among my duties were assisting in personal hygiene, cleaning the house, with toileting and taking medication on time as prescribed by the Nurse. In my several engagements with various people and institutions in my life l always demonstrates my dependability, positive attitude among the people l met and own responsibility to my employers and colleagues in many dimensions for good results and as a good team player l shall always be friendly with my colleagues while maintaining a good relationship with my clients
