Last month Michelle saved my mum's life by calling for a ambulance when my mum was adamant that she did not want to go into hospital. She spent 4 weeks at William Harvey and was told she would have died had she not been admitted that day we have found Michelle to be an great example of a very professional and experienced carer and I would like to take this opportunity to day thank you Michelle and for your continued support in the future regards Jan
