I love cooking food Listening to and acknowledging your client's opinions and wishes as well as respecting their choices is key for building a trusting and enjoyable relationship and making sure I give them the ability to be comfortable too. I have work with clients with dementia early stage and late stage dementia, some clients on end of life and some bedbound ,I love doing live in job and which I can do four weeks to get to know the client and knowing the client feel comfortable and around me and than take my breaks of one or two weeks on my breaks when I go home I can do shifts work including nights if there is any . Respectful a-carer should always be respectful of their client and where they live. Sensitivity and understanding. A desire to help people. The ability to work well with others. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. You need good attention to details skills, be able to follow rules and procedures, be an excellent team worker, and be prepared to deal with difficult challenges
