Margaret has been a great help, providing 24/7 live in care for our 84 y/o mum who is recovering from severe delirium following iatrogenic thyrotoxicosis. Her condition creates periods of severe confusion and executive dysfunction but Margaret is always there to calm mum down and try to help regulate her sleep patterns. She has experience with delirium recovery and has been indispensable over the past few months.

Margaret stepped in to provide excellent care for my mother. Her attention to detail and communication were excellent in difficult circumstances.

Margaret responded to a late request for help when our Mum’s usual Carer was unavailable and what a terrific find she was. Her communications were excellent and she quickly fitted in making Mum feel at ease, whilst providing excellent care and companionship. She was happy to cook whatever Mum wanted, along with trying some foods that Mum wouldn’t normally have - much appreciated. Although only with us for a week, I would recommend her and be happy to ask her to come again to look after Mum.

We cannot speak more highly of Margaret. She came to us on the 16th November 2024 to be a live in carer for my brother Paul who has terminal cancer. I had to be absent for a week so she was responsible for him 24/7 for eight days. she was both very efficient and caring showing a great deal of experience in palliative care. She me wrote two reports daily with every detail of Paul’ s care and helped the local carers when they came in for daily hygiene. I am available for any further inform .

From the initial enquiry stage Margaret was very helpful and communicative. She was able to assess quickly both his needs and personality and was able to adapt accordingly. She was meticulous in record-keeping and keeping us up to date with daily routine as well as drawing our attention to any areas of concern. She developed a good relationship with my father and he really enjoyed the time spent with her. We found Margaret to be a person of integrity and would recommend her without hesitation.
