    Andrea is being a wonderful career for my mum while she recuperates after a knee replacement. Mum says she is being addressed as the capable adult she is during a time needing some assistance. Andrea took the lead on making a visit to mum to ensure the two of them get on together before taking on any caring role. Mum is an independent person who needs her own space. Andrea is giving support and friendship without invasive or patronising behaviour. I'm very grateful to Andrea.
