We live in the rural village of Egerton & enjoy exploring the local countryside. I enjoy cooking, and keeping fit by visiting the gym regularly. I’ve enjoyed my role as a Care worker for over 10 years, caring for service users with various needs, mainly caring for the elderly, assisting with personal care & general housekeeping duties such as preparing meals, cleaning, shopping & laundry. I’ve also cared for adults & children with severe disabilities & medical conditions including encephalitis dementia, cancer, & for those who have suffered a stroke & adults who have mental health conditions, and for those who required care at the end of their life whilst additionally offering my full support & compassion to their families. I feel I have always offered a sensitive approach to all of those I’ve cared for, always ensuring their needs are met in a kind and dignified manner. I’ve always enjoyed my role as a Care worker, meeting so many individuals & families who I’ve built up a rapport with & being able to care for them in their own home whilst always promoting their independence has always given me great job satisfaction - whilst always ensuring each service user’s individual needs are attended to & that their safety and confidentiality remains paramount. I am looking forward to continuing to offer my care experience & expertise to those who should require them. My hourly rates vary depending on the care & tasks required & rates are all negotiable.
