In as many years as a support worker, I have provided care to individuals with varied needs and am very passionate about my caring role. I have a lot of experience working in different environments which includes community, NHS environment, complex care, ABI, children with special needs, learning disability, and individuals in their own homes. My responsibilities include personal care, support with medication, re-introduce back into the community, grocery shopping, keeping track of doctor's appointments, hoisting,continence care. I will also make sure the environment is safe, cleaning, eating and drinking cooking, companionship or any other needs depending with an individual.
