EXPERIENCE I have developed skills in lifting and handling through hoist, sling. Recording and administering daily medication. Upheld the dignity and respect of clients by recognising their feedback on care procedures. Accompanied clients to health visits and relayed information to clients family. Assisted clients with day to day personal care and daily living tasks. Cared for elderly with dementia, delivering support per care plan .
