I am a person centred carer with over 9+ years of experience in this field of work, I also have many years personal experience in caring for my autistic son who is now an adult and living an independent life with also caring for several family members at end of life care. My specialist fields in this sector are Dementia, stroke and palliative care but I also have much knowledge/ Experience in caring for many different conditions within this sector. Many of my previous clients have found me through word of mouth. I love to put smiles on peoples faces. I'm very professional and I love what I do. I always respect families wishes and focus on the clients' needs. Sometimes, these are different. If this is the case, I always have a full discussion with the client and family to make sure everyone is happy. I have over 6 years of experience with children with disabilities within my role as a volunteer and trustee for a previous local North wales charity - before returning to work full time. I have a full clean driving license, with full business cover insurance, so I am able to take clients out or to appointments and am willing to travel. I also have a valid passport, so I am available for travelling abroad if required to assist with daily assistance while visiting or on holiday. I have a variety of qualifications in the care sector, and all certification requirements are kept up to date along with my carer insurance.     Vikki is an amazing carer, very understanding of neurodivergence and excellent with physical disabilities and general care. Knows exactly how to look after my adult child to support them but helps them remain independent as much as possible. She tackles challenging situations with gentle humour and knows how to get the best out of the people she cares for. Her skills, knowledge and experience are second to none and I, as Jesse's mum, wish I was as good at Vikki! We 100% recommend Vikki.
