After working in the adult care industry, which includes caring for individuals with mental health issues, I chose to undertake an eight-week online course in Health and Social Care Level 1 to expand my knowledge in this area. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, cleaning, and sharing Gambian culture with my friends, as well as taking my children out for social activities. This helps to create a balanced lifestyle, which also contributes to a healthy mind and body.
