Helen is always very reliable and kind. She talks to Mum and provides excellent company. Helen is thoughtful bringing Mum little gifts and has provided equipment to allow me to take Mum out. She is like one of the family and always tells me how Mum is when she sees her and makes sure all her needs are met. We could not ask for a more involved and considerate carer which makes life so much easier for the family knowing Mum has someone there when we can't be.
