    Pauline is a truly outstanding carer, bringing new meaning to “beyond the call of duty”. She is unbelievably kind and patient. She handled Mum’s care needs with efficiency and professionalism but always protected her dignity. She approached challenging aspects of Mum’s dementia with calmness, noticing small things to make Mum’s life better. She supported us during Mum’s last illness, sitting through the night with Mum, and helping us to cope when she died. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
