During my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, doing a little research, and trying new things. I appreciate a challenge every now and then. The qualities I have gained over the years include patience, understanding, accommodation, attention to detail, and compassion. My interests really depend on the situation. I enjoy trying new things, but I don't mind sticking to a routine if necessary. I provide personalised care according to my clients' needs.     Jessy goes weekly to help my sister. I cannot express how valuable she is to us. Through quiet kindliness and understanding, she has earned the complete trust of my sister, who can often be reclusive, especially when she is struggling. Jessy has a firm, un-judgemental and compassionate manner - a complete professional. In addition to routine visits and calls, she also visited out of schedule and dealt with a crisis situation with her normal calm productive form,

    Excellent

    Jessy provides perfect support for me; encouraging me to do what I can but when I’m struggling stepping in and helping with whatever I need at the time. She is unobtrusive and feels more like a friend when in my home. My family is so happy knowing that jessy is there for me as they don’t live locally - she has been there when I have been in crisis in a way that no one has been before.
