It's one of the few jobs I find satisfaction in especially when you see the positive changes you bring to ones life. During my spare time, I love reading, listening to music, doing a little research etc. I love trying new things. I love a challenge every now and again. The qualities I have gained over the years are being patient, understanding, accommodating, paying attention to detail and compassion. Things I like to do really depend. I like trying new things. But I don't mind sticking to routine if I have to. I give self-centred care according to my client's needs. I have experience in personal care, use of specialised equipment to do with moving and handling, dementia, stroke, spinal care, catheter care, diabetes, Parkinson's, learning difficulties etc.

Jessy goes weekly to help my sister. I cannot express how valuable she is to us. Through quiet kindliness and understanding, she has earned the complete trust of my sister, who can often be reclusive, especially when she is struggling. Jessy has a firm, un-judgemental and compassionate manner - a complete professional. In addition to routine visits and calls, she also visited out of schedule and dealt with a crisis situation with her normal calm productive form,

Excellent

Jessy provides perfect support for me; encouraging me to do what I can but when I’m struggling stepping in and helping with whatever I need at the time. She is unobtrusive and feels more like a friend when in my home. My family is so happy knowing that jessy is there for me as they don’t live locally - she has been there when I have been in crisis in a way that no one has been before.
