I have worked in mental health hospitals, both NHS and private, nursing homes, and elderly dementia care homes, supported learning disabilities support in living services, domiciliary care, etc. I have all adequate training requirements such as * All in mandatory practical training * Manual Handling Practical Training * First Aid * Medication administration certified * Diploma in health and social care (NVQ3) * Diploma in mental health, etc I love working in a job where I am appreciated so much. My clients notice what I've done for them, and it makes them happy, too. I love making a difference in other people's lives. I know what I do helps them to stay living independently in their own homes. I have a positive energy about my clients. I always walk into a room with a smile on my face and radiate a can-do attitude. A positive attitude helps put my service users at ease - as well as helping me, the carer feel more confident in what I am doing, having a positive attitude, is empathetic, and is able to build strong relationships with my patients in line with quality such as Empathy I'm able to understand and relate to the people i care for.
