I have been a carer for four years, and it has been a wonderful journey. I see care as an opportunity to meet people who are special in so many ways. Care has exposed me to becoming a better custodian of trust, improving my ability to deal with people and helping me see beyond the physical.
I found out about Curam online, and when I read through the information, I knew it would be the right platform for me to provide the utmost best care, as it should be. This is because I have worked in different care homes and care agencies whose principles and bureaucracy negatively impact the quality of care. Unfortunately, they adhere to rigid practices while both clients and residents suffer.
