I am 43 years old and I love being around people and feel strongly about helping those who are in need. I’ve worked in the care sector for over 11 years. I'm very positive ,encouraging, reliable and self motivated person who provides a high standard of care. Helping others makes me happy and complete. I can easily build a relationship with my clients who are mainly elderly people with different sorts of disabilities, young adults, lonely, people with dementia and autism. I’m also aware there is a countless number of people in the community who have lost their lack of confidence. I help them to see life from a different perspective by taking them out and showing how to enjoy themselves again. I’m a great listener and my aim is to help my clients to achieve their personal goals ,aspirations and also to be their when they need my support. I have lots of skills and experience from my previous job role where I used to work with clients from independent living environment. I was there also a team leader working with 50 residents and 20 staff. have learned in this environment how to deal with catheters, peg or a stoma bags. I will happily work with clients from Grantham and surrounding areas in a distance of 10 miles. In case of diet restrictions I will be able to cook a fresh meal for you or to do some basic physio after you come back from hospital. I’m looking forward to working with you and to build a great relationship which both of us will remember forever.
