Anywhere outside of the Selby will be charges at 35p per mile. *** Regarding Shifts and Invoices *** Last minute requests (less than 24hrs notice) for Hourly, Daily or Overnight shifts will be at invoiced at the Emergency Rate set out in my Profile unless otherwise agreed. (This excludes Live-In Care) Bank Holiday rates will be charged at time and a half. (This excludes Live-In Care)  ***Approval of Service Agreement & Invoice*** If a shift is not confirmed within the reasonable times, I will assume you do not require my assistance. This is solely to ensure that I do not lose work elsewhere unnecessarily. For any arrangements made on an emergency basis, service agreement and invoice to be accepted the same day, prior to visit.
