    Excellent

    Monika cared for my mother following complications from a hip replacement, providing both daily care and live-in care. We are so grateful to Monika for her wonderful energy and dedication.  She was very professional, very capable, reliable and flexible with excellent organisational and communication skills.  She is naturally a very kind person with a high degree of competence as well as a great sense of initiative.  She is a thoroughly lovely person and I would recommend her without hesitation.
